Delivery Information

The order you have placed is delivered to you within 3 business days. For collection items, this period may extend to 5 working days. Due to the intensity of the discount period, this period may be extended. Thank you for your understanding.

You can check your orders in the "My Orders" tab in the "My Account" section. With the delivery of your order to the cargo, you can find out at what stage your order is from the "My Orders" tab, "Where is my cargo?" link. When your order is distributed, you will be informed by SHN by Mail.

Orders placed by wire transfer are valid on the date your transfer fee is credited to our accounts. SHN is not responsible for products that are out of stock during this time.

If you cannot be found at your address, the cargo company leaves a note stating that you can pick up your package from the nearest branch. If you do not receive your package from the specified branch within 3 days, your order will be returned to Shnwoman.com
